Specific Voice File

Recommended Posts

Hello Support Team,

I made a script and so I configure in one of the module that the system must go to retrieve voice mail.

I specified the path which the system must go and that is: on {1} goto [Voicemail Retrieve Menu]

When the system goes to retrieve voicemail I hear the sound file: VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve.wav

Question:

How can I configure the system to go to VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve-box0001.wav ?

The sound file VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve-box_0001.wav which is in the same directory as VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve.wav

I tried but I can't get it.

Thanks in advanced

Would renaming VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve-box_0001.wav to VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve.wav be sufficient? Or do you want to go direct to retrieving Voicemail for particular Voicemail Box without the caller having to enter the PIN?

When the system goes to retrieve voicemail you can hear the sound file: VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve.wav saying: Please enter your voicemail box number and then press the pound key.

This sound file is for all the mailboxes. I want to use mailbox 0001 as a specific Voice database so when someone dialed in to the system and the person want to retrieve the voice mails, the person must hear: welkom to the bla bla bla database.

- Please enter your access code.

- Please enter your pin code

After entering these information you can hear the orginal voice file of vg saying:

press 1 to listen to new messages, press 2 to listen to save meessages etc. This voice file I don't want to change.

How can I do this?

Sounds like you should just replace the VmbAccessGetVmbIdRetrieve.wav sound file with your own recording then...
